The Accokeek Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit partner organization of the National Park Service. The Foundation stewards 200 acres of Piscataway Park on the Maryland shore of the Potomac River across from George Washington's Mount Vernon.
The park is open daily to visitors, and thousands of school children visit annually for farm-based education, learning about environmental stewardship through a historical lens. With support from donors and members, the Accokeek Foundation provides a natural space for all to enjoy, for generations to come.

Celebrate Halloween with your furry friend in Piscataway Park! This is the fall day on the farm your pup has always dreamed of. You and your dog can partake in classic fall activities like hayrides, trick-or-treating, and snacking on pumpkin flavored everything. Tails on Trails also features a canine costume contest, so make sure Fido comes dressed to impress!
$5/dog (humans get in for free) *First 40 dogs to register receive Stella & Chewy treat samples!
Your admission fee to Tails on Trails, and any additional purchases made during the event, support the Accokeek Foundation's stewardship and education work in Piscataway Park.
